Today you depart after breakfast to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive. Despite the fact that this is one of the less known parks in Tanzania, it still has a genuine safari ambiance. Tarangire National Park offers an unparalleled game viewing, and during the dry season elephants flourish. Families of the pachyderms play around the ancient trunks of baobab trees and strip acacia bark from the thorn trees for their afternoon meal. Breathtaking views of the Maasai Steppe and the mountains in the south make a stopover at Tarangire a memorable experience.

Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons.

In this day you will continue with your Safari after breakfast to Lake Manyara National Park for a half day game drive and later afternoon you’ll decide to rest at the lodge or visit several cultural programs at Mto wa Mbu village.

Lake Manyara National Park is situated 125 km west of Arusha town, nestling by the wall of the Great Rift Valley and it is one of the oldest and most popular sanctuaries in East Africa with a large variety of habitats including the shallow soda lake itself which occupies 77% of the National Park total area of 330 sq. km, the ground water forest, open grassland, acacia woodlands and the rift wall.

The most famous spectacle in the park is the tree-climbing lions, which are occasionally seen along branches of acacia trees. Other animals found in the park include buffalo, elephants, leopards, baboons, impala, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, ostrich and hippos. Popularly referred to as a Bird lover’s paradise where it contains over 400 bird species found in most savanna and river habitats in East Africa.

Common water birds to be seen here are pelicans, spoonbills, Egyptian geese, hammerkops and the migratory flamingoes, which arrive in hundreds of thousands creating one of Africa’s great natural sights over the soda lake.

In this day after breakfast you will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most famous sites and is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa. You are unlikely to escape other vehicles here, but you are guaranteed great wildlife viewing in a genuinely mind-blowing environment.  There is nowhere else in Africa quite like Ngorongoro!

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera.  Forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometers, with sides up to 600 meters deep; it is home to approximately 30,000 animals at any one time.

The Crater rim is over 2,200 meters high and experiences its own climate.  From this high vantage point it is possible to make out the tiny shapes of animals making their way around the crater floor far below.  Swathes of cloud hang around the rocky rim most days of the year and it’s one of the few places in Tanzania where it can get chilly at night.

There are a range of activities to do in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, like visiting a Maasai village or the Elephant Caves.

In this day you will proceed with your unforgettable Safari in the Serengeti national park. The Park is widely famous due to endless plains and a large extent of wildlife. Also The Park is divided into 3 sections.

The popular southern/central part (Seronera Valley) is what the Maasai called the “Serengit”, which means the land of endless plains. During your Game drive in the Park you will encounter a wide variety of wildlife ranging from Carnivores such as Lions, Cheetahs, Hyenas and Leopards.

Also you will see a wide variety of Herbivores including the Buffaloes, Antelopes, giraffes and most importantly you will be amazed by the great Wildebeest migration where over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back.

However If you would like to experience wildlife from another point of view, we recommend you to go on a balloon safari. It is an amazing experience to fly above the plains and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the wildlife.

Chill out and enjoy the beach life on the tropical Zanzibar Island. Zanzibar’s coastline offers some of the best beaches in the world, but sand and surf vary depending on what side of the island you’re on.

On the east coast, waves break over coral reefs and sand bars offshore, and low tide reveals small pools of starfish, small minnows, and anemones. Up north, ocean swimming is much less susceptible to the tides, and smooth beaches and white sand make for dazzling days in the sun.

Visit the port city of Stone Town dominates the west coast, and although the beaches of Mangapwani, where slave caves are visible at low tide and nearby Bububu are less than half an hour’s drive away, a night or two spent on the east or north cost is well worth the extra hour it takes to drive there.

Discover the rich history of the Chole Island Marine Park just off Stone Town – and nearby Prison, Grave, and Snake Islands – make a refreshing day-trip and a good break from exploring the winding passageways of the old city.

On the south coast of Zanzibar lies the Menai Bay Conservation Area, a sea turtle protection area for the endangered species that come to breed on the island. Roads to the southeast coast take visitors through the Jozani Forest, home to Zanzibar’s rare Red Colobus monkeys and a number of other primate and small antelope species.

This is the last day of your trip where your driver will transfer you to the Zanzibar International Airport  for departure depending on the time of your flight.
